90 Points

Sunday, February 22, 2015 - Decanted for 2 hrs
Colour:A darker almost ruby red. Atypical of Nebbiolos but some orange at rim
Nose:bacon fat, red plums, somewhat muted
Taste:rather stiff tannins are holding back some of the fruit. More leather notes on the taste than the nose. A bit short on the finish.

Not one of the better wines from this producer. May need more time in the bottle.
