Tuesday, March 3, 2015 - Deep ruby color with an aroma of cooked cherries. Very astringent after an hour of decanting, but opened beautifully after a double decant and a wait overnight. Thin to medium body with a big plum and redfruit flavor. Will decant for 4-6 hours next time, minimum.
