Thursday, March 5, 2015 - Pop and pour and served with food (steamed dumplings, in case you were wondering).
Followed over three hours.
Nose of red cherries and a touch of menthol-eucalyptus. Some floral elements as well.
Elegant and delicate red cherries and red raspberries with a streak of grapefruit. Inviting. Light in body but with depth of flavor. Some fine soft leather on the finish.
Delicious.
