Thursday, March 15, 2001 - 6 Well Aged Red Burgundys (Walnut Creek, Ca.): Tasting of 6 Red Burgundy. Nice, light bacon and caramel on the nose, lovely, rich wine on the palate, medium body, too much acid on the long finish. 3rd Place.
