Saturday, March 21, 2015 - Pop and Pour. Surprisingly accessible right out of the bottle, with a nose of black fruit and cedar. Good structure and nice salvo of fruit on the opening. No herbaceous notes on the mid palate, and decent finish. After a couple hours the nose and flavor profile took on a distinctly smoky note. Good Quality to Price Ratio (QPR).
