Friday, April 3, 2015 - Light gold, fine bubbles. Nose is honeyed, a hint of clove, baked apple. The palate is soft, the mousse doesn't attack your mouth and the soft baked apple fruit and soft honeyed finish makes this a delightful wine to drink on its own or with food.
