Tuesday, April 21, 2015 - Golden in color, hinting at the slightly oxidative palate. Ginger and baked apple flavors and aromas, very pleasant, with a lemony acidity that holds it all together and keeps it focused. Good with broccoli pasta with walnuts, as the nuttiness of the wine paired nicely.
