Saturday, May 23, 2015 - The wine is garnet colored and the legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis), plum, forest floor and oak. It tastes like blackberry, black pepper and wet earth. The body is medium/full. The wine has leathery texture and finishes long with medium acidity. Really opened up nice after an hour in the decanter.
