Friday, May 29, 2015 - Cherry pie: dark cherry, a bit of blackberry, faint buttery crust. Concentrated fruit, medium acid. Paired with grilled pork and spring vegetables. Very nice wine. Looking forward to drinking the next bottle in a couple years: definitely has years left.
