Tuesday, June 2, 2015 - 750ml stood for weeks, popped, poured and enjoyed with a simple pasta and red sauce. This was really charming - beautiful nose of cherry and baking spice. Very ripe, fresh, red fruit on the palate - dusty dry with just a tinge of sweetness. This will be tons of Tuscan joy for years to come!
