Sunday, June 7, 2015 - The usual Christmas pudding nose, rich, raisiny and unctuous. At 15%, a little lighter than PX can be, with a freshness and acidity that balances the huge sweetness. This has benefited from being opened to breath a few weeks earlier. As good as ever and just a wonderful experience. ****1/2
