Sunday, June 14, 2015 - In the nose plum and dark, deep forrest fruits with an oxidised layer like Madeira. On the palate plum, dark cherries, coffee, creamy and very sweet vanilla. Limited and very mild tannins; medium acidity. The taste has elements of Marsala. The significant sweetness compared with the limited acidity leaves the impression of lack of balance. Good thing though: Theres is no sign of the typical green tomato stem that usually characterises wines from Chile.
