Tuesday, August 4, 2015 - The wine is unmistakably Aussie, with its big fruit profile and jammy nature, but it is also more driven by its structure and chewy mouth feel. The lack of heavy filtration really lends some great texture. The wine is drinking really well right now. Dry, medium acidity, medium+ body and alcohol and medium velvety tannins that travel right across the mid palate. The fruit is dark and brooding with notes of blueberry compote, blackberry and black cherry.
