Drank a 70ml pour over an hour. Consistent with previous bottles, typical Comtes finesse and elegance, pear, soft, plush texture, lemon panna cotta, toast, brioche, cashew. Just a bit less energy behind the slightly aged bubbles, but very stylish as one would expect. Lots of minerality and a clean lengthy finish.
