Friday, August 14, 2015 - This deserves a 90+ score and I'm embarrassed that I had never heard of it before. To me, this no name Graves Chateau is worth every penny for this $25 everyday drinking wine. After 30 min in the decanter, it jumps from the glass with a big nose of lavinder / violets, spice, red currant, ripe plums and a round mouthfeel indicative of the fatter, fruit forward 2009 vintage. If blind, I would have said this was from Margaux vs Graves. Drinks great now. 2009 reminds me of the 1990 Bordeaux vintage, but with more nobility and class. I will be buying more for my weekly wine.
