Wednesday, August 19, 2015 - Very pretty red fruit, sharp acidity, good minerality -- a nicely balanced cocktail of the three. Not exceptionally long or deep. In a lighter vintage than 2005 this might have been over-acidic, but there is enough fruit to balance it out. Think this has another 5 years of improvement ahead of it but it feels like a wine that is best while still showing such pretty fruit.
