Saturday, August 29, 2015 - This is such a beautiful wine. Balanced and structured, silky and rich. It is just starting to develop secondary characteristics, but still shows a level of freshness that makes me think it will last for 15 more years. Black, blue and red fruits in harmony. Nice acidity, silky tannins, and amazing length. This will sit in my top 3 Australian cabernets of all time. Can I keep the remaining bottles for a while? It will be tough.
