Tuesday, September 1, 2015 - Popped and poured this last night and it was delicious. I originally tasted this back in 2011 and I liked it but it has really improved. I found it to be elegant with a nice earthiness. There is cherry fruit but it is subtle which I prefer. I thought the earth and minerality were more pronounced and the finish was nice and long. I will revisit tonight after corking and placing back in the wine fridge last night. Drinking beautifully and I am very glad I have 3 more bottles on hand.
