Friday, September 11, 2015 - Only had the chance to open and let sit for about 20 minutes. Creamy texture well restrained from over concentration with an explosion of lemon zest, honey dew, toasty brioche, oak, and plenty of minerality. Slightly tart finish so will definitely benefit from more cellaring.
