Wednesday, September 30, 2015 - This is my second bottle, drank with Salumi and Cheese. Paired well with a beef/pork salumi and a fab cheese called Rouge River Blue. This cheese is only available once a year in late Sept thru October.

This very inexpensive wine with a berry flavor and slight acidy finish complimented the smokiness and spice of the Salumi.
