Perhaps, but it is seductive and accessible and over the years, I find it ages better than it gets credit for on release. The nose is sweaty with cherries and some slight tea notes. Also some tarragon. On the palate, this is soft and easier to drink right now than most 2010's. Still some tannins to deal with though. Nice cherries with a mint finish. Some tight layering.
