Friday, October 23, 2015 - Decanted an hour before drinking and on reflection should have double decanted. A nice wine however that continued to open up over the course of an hour. You can tell that unusually for a St Henri, it is pure Shiraz with not added Cab Sauv. Still a lot of aging potential in my opinion and as I have another 5 in the case, I reckon one every couple of years.
