Friday, April 27, 2007 - Gibby's Uncorked, Flight III (Geneva, IL): Poured at a retailer tasting. Garnet color. Aromas of pepper and juicy red fruit. Briary dark fruit and pepper flavors on the palate. Decent acidity and slightly chewy tannins.
