Monday, November 9, 2015 - Bright, very pale yellow. Lifted, sexy nose of green apple, lime blossom, and crushed rock, with lurking petrol and spice. On the palate, ripe apple and rich honey are matched by tart acidity and spice. The finish is both by concentrated and long. A gorgeous auslese. Drink through 2025.
