Thursday, November 19, 2015 - Past its prime but interesting. Notes of beef blood, mushrooms, old leather, used oolong tea leaves and cedar. The wine actually gains a bit of body with air. The fruit has faded from this almost completely. Still an interesting and enjoyable drink.
