Monday, November 30, 2015 - Excellent winemaking here at this price point. I think this is going to be a stellar offering in 6-8 years. Drinking well in its primary stage. Distinct nose of dark cherries, whipped cream, cinnamon, and menthol. Rich and primary on the palate with succulent red / dark fruit. Nice acidity and structure. Really nice QPR ! Paired with a simple veal parmigiana and späetzle dish with rapini. At $43 I need to add a couple more of these under the radar gems to storage.
