Saturday, December 5, 2015 - Impossibly fresh and lively at age 25, this CSH is by far the best dry Riesling I have ever tasted and it seems ageless. Very, very complex, elusive and intriguing, it demands attention. Perhaps some melon, more yellow than green. Minimal petrol to my palate and not much minerality yet helped by just enough acidity so it is not flabby or tiring in the least. A perfect match for the seafood at Nobu where the wine and food enhance each other in a way that we all wish for but rarely happens.
