Thursday, December 10, 2015 - I can't really decide if this is closed up and still needs more time, or is over the hill. It has very little fruit, but some interesting spice. leather, earthy notes, and an intriguing white pepper finish. Still, this is far from what I would have expected in a quality Bordeaux.

12/10/2015 12:57:00 PM - Not sure if you looked at prior Tracker reports, but of the most recent four behind yours (last two months), one had a similar result but three others encountered something much better and 'ready'. Hopefully, on behalf of my six bottles and any you may have remaining, yours was just one of those random poor bottles.
