Friday, December 11, 2015 - Wines Tasted at HDH Auction; 12/10/2015-12/12/2015 (Tru Restaurant - Chicago IL): Popped, decanted and poured. Tasted over the next hours. Aromatic start much like the Clos du Château, but with greater intensity, great floral notes and a hint more new oak. Lots of red cherry and berry flavors with same spice intensity. Seamless from start-to-finish, very long, very well textured. Not close to its peak drinking window yet, this has lots of upside from here.
