Saturday, December 1, 2007 - Fruity with some hints of cocoa and cinnamon. Not surprisingly given its age, this is still very tight and tannic. I think this will be awesome but I wouldn't touch it again for another 5 years at least. Best right now at 5+ hours decanting.
