Friday, December 25, 2015 - 2015 Family Xmas; 12/24/2015-12/25/2015 (Alicante): An extra-dry Tignanello. Any trace of the famous heat.
Very Sangiovese on the nose, meaty, deeply and oaky.
Palate is dry yet savoury and elegant, delicate even. Iron fist in silk glove? Close to.
Roasted lamb was a good mate.

Un Tignanello extra-seco. Ninguna traza del famoso calor.
Muy sangiovese en nariz, cárnica, profunda y robledada.
En boca es seca aunque sabrosa y elegante, delicada incluso. ¿Puño de hierro en guante de seda? Bastante cerca.
Una paletilla de cordero rompió la pana.
