Saturday, December 26, 2015 - Needed an hour to open up. Aromatic nose of dried mature red fruits, quite clean, mixed with sandalwood and cedar spice. Palate has a sweetness, but still plenty of energy and spicy depth. Moderate depth. Don't feel this will gain complexity but very nice now.
