Sunday, January 3, 2016 - Deep garnet in color. Rich nose, with aromas of stewed cherries, moca, and leather. Tastes of dark cherries, dark chocolate, and hints of tobacco and an underlying earthiness. Substantial tannins. Still primary in tastes. Developed nicely over a week period with its best days coming last. Drink after 2020.
