Monday, January 4, 2016 - Vikings actually beat the Packers (Gary and Judy's): Decanted about an hour. Lovely rich red fruit on the nose. The palate is more acidic, and therefore more food-friendly. Good balance and structure, I'd like to try this again in 10 years.
