On the palate cassis and ripe dark forest fruits, some herbs and spices and vanilla, even some graphite, but also good acidity and tannin. Showing some maturity, but in fact by far not tired yet. Beautiful and juicy wine. If properly stored around 2020 this will still be a great pleasure. I have one more bottle and I will try to wait until 2018 at least.
