Saturday, January 9, 2016 - Had this Champagne at Christmas and at New Years, and really enjoyed it both times. This is not the driest of Champagnes by any means. There is round, full fruit throughout. It went extremely well with the broiled lobster tail and the caviar. For the price, I will come back to this wine again and again.
