Sunday, January 17, 2016 - Junguenet bottling. Healthy ruby without any browning. Superb nose of red cherry, spice, menthol, and bark. Poised, lush, full feel stopping short of surmaturité. Pretty much perfect interplay of ripe fruit and the more savory elements with enough acidity to knit it together. Long, long finish. This was my last bottle of this, and it went out in a blaze of glory, outshining the other bottles I've drunk over the past few years.
