Dry and medium-bodied on the palate tending more toward grapefruit rather than pineapple with the stone minerals. Moderate acidity finishing. Good with scallops and wild rice. This version of an Rkatsiteli has some Sauv Blanc characteristics but is really unique. Highly recommended.
