Thursday, February 4, 2016 - Pale yellow. Yeasty, chalky nose. Fine rich texture with creamy mousse, sweet biscuity notes, low acidity. Chalky mineral mid-palate adds structure. A bit short on the finish. Pretty good. 50% Xarel-lo, 40% Macabeu, 10% Chardonnay.
