Medium-deep yellow color. Mature nose of toasted brioche and yellow fruits. Medium-bodied with a notable richness and sweetness of fruit, sort of like bruised pit fruits. Perfectly mature, this will last a few more years but is probably at its best. Delicious! 91

One of my favorites! Still a pale straw color, This has a light, but beautiful nose of toasted brioche with pears and is redolent of pit fruits. Just lightly toasty/yeasty despite all the time on lees. Palate is bigger than the nose. Very fine bubbles and excellent acidity lead the way to toasty, lees-derived flavors, a metallic (not in a bad way) minerality and toasted bread flavors. Still quite youthful, with plenty of years left in it for those who like mature bubbly. 91 df 9.1

Pale yellow. Yeasty, chalky nose. Fine rich texture with creamy mousse, sweet biscuity notes, low acidity. Chalky mineral mid-palate adds structure. A bit short on the finish. Pretty good. 50% Xarel-lo, 40% Macabeu, 10% Chardonnay.

Chalky, melon rind-y, peach pitt-y; add to that good depth and fairly clean flavors without sacrificing the Cava-zeitgeist thing, and you have a really good bubbly. 2006 Cava at around $25 is a good thing. 90+

Medium yellow, not much in the way of bubbles. Toasty, yeasty nose. Full bodied, caramel flavors, medium dosage. Very good in a Blanc de Noirs style.
