Wednesday, March 16, 2016 - A private dinner (Restaurant Adam, Amsterdam, NL): Incredibly fresh and youthful but with a lovely hint of evolution, great mineral energy, spices, very complete array of fruits (from lemon via melon to banana!), salted butter, retains a wonderful tension, develops a note of baked apple, but remains precise and incisive, long.
