Friday, March 18, 2016 - So good. Hay, lots of mousse. The bread was very blended meaning not too yeasty and not too toasty. It was a delicate balance that they hit just perfectly. Excellent bottle. Liked it much better than the regular NV that I had six months earlier. The 1911 was more memorable.
