Friday, March 25, 2016 - Champagne - 100 Vintage and NV Champagne; 12/15/2015-12/15/2020: During a tasting dinner. From Magnum. Golden color. Nose of dried fruit, bakery flowers. This has a lot of mature aromas. Nice and complex with a long finish on dried fruit aromas. Perlage is a bit too tame for my taste. Drink up.
