Monday, March 28, 2016 - On the nose I found an gorgeous display of spiced plum, black cherry, clove, licorice, wet stone and dusty floral notes. It was remarkably juicy on the palate, with persistent flavors of tart cherry, herbal tea and mint, seeming to be both textural and lifted at the same time. The finish showed tart red fruits offset by sweet herbs.

This really is a great value, Antonio nailed it. Looking at earlier tasting notes, I have to wonder if there are different lots that were bottled, and I do see "L45" printed on the side of my label.
