Sunday, March 27, 2016 - Easter Sunday dinner - decanted for an hour and opened beautifully. Three years ago a bottle from the same case was closed and a little disappointing, but this was terrific. Slight Hunter Valley leathery flavours running under the shiraz pepper with great length. Still deep colour and full flavour but hard to see it getting better. A Graveyard at its peak.
