On the palate a lot of dark forest fruits, sweet licorice, beautifully toasted oak, chocolate, coffee, firm but good acidity and round but firm tannin with still a very good bite. In fact the wine is still a bit too young, but already showing some of its merits. Will probably be a truly great wine from 2024 onwards. 93 – 94+ for this evening.
