12/15/2016 4:42:00 PM - I don't think there's anything tannic about this wine. Strong acid. But no tannic acid, as it's not a red wine. Tannic acid, I believe, comes from the skins of red or black or purple grapes. You'll get tannins in Port wine, for example. But not Madeira (unless it's red Madeira, and even then it's not very tannic in my experience).
