Beautiful well delineated cherry component nicely accompanied the tobacco, cedar, and vanilla on the nose. Medium bodied, this wine does not possess much concentration, but I liked it because it played a trick on me: tasted blind I would have easily pegged this as some kind of sangiovese wine, despite its medium garnet color. Delicate and nuanced, this wine has a decided margaux character, even if it is somewhat diluted.
