Saturday, June 25, 2016 - 75% Sauvignon blanc, 25% Semillon. Cold, out of the fridge and opened and poured. Light golden hue. A complex white with some nutty secondary tones. Perhaps some vanilla. Nice oak and mineral notes. 90-91 pts.
