Almost Mourvèdre-like in the bouquet with meaty, plum notes. The palate is black fruits and spice. The Merlot (8%) peeks in and out. Not particularly noteworthy, and priced higher than you might expect. But solid. Unwinds a bit in the glass, so my rating might be conservative. (But still ��= Pass)
